The National Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 5) is designed to prepare learners to work as Educators in Early Childhood Education. It also provides a pathway for people contemplating further studies in the field. It provides knowledge, skills, and attributes required for learners across all early childhood services and settings within the socio-cultural context of Mauritius and allows flexibility for the holder to choose the setting where they wish to work.
